When Dave hired me he said he had work for a couple of months and no guarantee after that. I've been there for 34 1/2 years. He wasn't just a boss he was a life changer. We had our ups and downs but he treated me fairly and he always wanted the best you could give. I respect him for that. I still feel bad for when I hit him by mistake with a horse shoe at one of the staff parties at his home. That goes to show whether it was work or celebration he made a positive impact and influence. He surely will be missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.
