To Nancy, Jen and Andrew I offer my deepest sympathies and hold you in my thoughts at this trying time. Dave has been a boss, a friend and at times a second father to me. When my own father passed Dave stood beside me and held me up, offering wisdom that I shall never forget. I will always remember him with great fondness and admiration, respect and reverence.
