Hermann passed away quietly at Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville, Ontario on Monday, February 18, 2019, at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Helga Schuetz (nee Krehan) for over fifty years. Loving father of Ronald (Renate), Rosemarie (Scott), Monica (Milan), and Heidi. Cherished grandfather of Michael (Stacey), Michelle (Craig), Edward (Ashleigh), Jenna (Jowas), Derek (Nukhet), Courtney (Geoff), Sara (Perry) and Victoria. Great-grandfather to Carson and Kylie, Payge, Payton and Andrew, Brooklyn, Wesley, Dallas, Zachary and Jacqueline.
Hermann was part of a very large family in Switzerland; sisters and brothers who have passed but loved him dearly; and he will be sorely missed by sisters Rossli, Nina and Marly as well as many other family members here and in Europe. Dear pets sorely miss Hermann; dog Sahara, cats Behr and Snickers.

A Private Family Service as per Hermann’s last wishes was held on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.
A tree will be planted in memory of Hermann in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
