Linda Pidzamecky

We are saddened by the news of Babara’s passing. Barbara visited us in downtown Georgetown on a almost weekly basis. She would come into The Sewing Cafe and have tea with us. She was working on different sewing projects and would come in to share her successes and even get advice. We had a connection. She graduated in1970 in fashion design at Ryerson Poly Tec and I graduated in 1980. She loved to share her insights with us, our customers and our families. She would engage everyone in conversation. She was like a whirling spirit of energy. She would come in during our summer sewing camps and admire all the things the kids had made, encouraging them to keep at it. Our condolences to her family on her passing. She was a special lady! We will miss her!
